Told from his own point of view, the story follows Mutt and his quest for survival from the dog fighting ring, being left for dead in a landfill, facing nature and wildlife, being shot, to his seemingly never-ending clash with society. A stray, a thief, a hunter, and a hero, will Mutt learn to trust again before it’s too late?
